Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and ViewTrack (“ViewTrack,” “we,” “us”) and govern your access to and use of the ViewTrack website, dashboard, and API (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ViewTrack is a social-media analytics tool. It collects publicly available metrics (such as views, likes, comments, and follower counts) for the accounts and posts you choose to track across supported platforms, and presents them in one dashboard. ViewTrack is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any social-media platform.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. Keep your login secure; notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service to violate any law or any platform’s terms;
  • resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or its data without our written permission;
  • attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or other users’ data;
  • circumvent plan limits, quotas, or rate limits, or use the Service to place undue load on it or on third-party providers;
  • track accounts or use data in a way that harasses, stalks, or harms any person.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of tracked data complies with applicable law and the terms of the platforms the data originates from.

4. Plans, billing, and cancellation

ViewTrack offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel.

  • Renewals. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation. You may cancel anytime from your account settings. Your paid features remain active through the end of the current billing period, after which the workspace reverts to the Free plan.
  • Failed payments. If a charge fails, we may retry it and will notify you. If payment cannot be collected, your workspace may be downgraded to the Free plan.
  • Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, offer a prorated refund or credit.
  • Price changes. We may change plan prices; changes apply to your next renewal and we will give reasonable notice.

5. Data and third parties

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. To provide the Service we rely on third-party providers for hosting, payments, email, analytics, and social-data retrieval. The metrics we display are gathered from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content we create, is owned by ViewTrack and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while these Terms are in effect. Data about accounts you track belongs to its respective owners and sources; we make no ownership claim over it.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any metric is accurate, complete, or current. You use the Service and rely on its data at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViewTrack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe it necessary to protect the Service or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at ViewTrack’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
